Job Description

Legal Vision India has an opening for a Legal Associate to assist Advocates practising at Rajsthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur. The tasks involved require knowledge of law and various other dynamics of litigation, such as:

1. Raw and Practical Aspects of Litigation
2. Legal Research
3. Drafting and Filing of Documentation
4. Various Other Litigation Dynamics

The associate will have the responsibility of interacting with clients, getting inputs from the clients, preparing briefs and petitions after legal research and coordinating with the office for filing. Thereafter the associate may be required to brief the Senior Counsel and also appear before the court. The associate may also have to participate in deciding pre-litigation strategy and giving legal opinion (oral or written) to the clients.

Eligibility

The applicant should have an LL.B. degree and should be enrolled with the Bar Council. The applicant should have litigation experience (between one to five years). The experience should include research, drafting and appearances.

Salary

It shall be decided as per applicant’s qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills in the practical field of law after an interview at Jaipur Office.
