The team compromises of Lawyers, Charted accountants, MBAs and Engineers involved in consulting work surrounding trade remedial measures. They represent and assist Governments, Indian producers and Foreign producers in investigations conducted by authorities in India and other jurisdictions abroad.

They are hiring Legal Associates for their office in Delhi.

Location: New Delhi

Eligibility

• The candidate must hold a PQE of up to 3 years. Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with an experience in international trade will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be a part of the team handling trade remedial measures involving Anti-dumping duties, Countervailing duties and Safeguard duties.
• The candidate will be required to have substantial interaction with the industry and government departments.
• The candidate will be responsible for drafting, research work and briefing the senior advocates in the court matters.

Salary

According to the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
