Job description

  1. Drafting conveyance, agreements and other legal documents as required
  2. Handling matters regarding Mutation at BLLRO, DLLRO, LRTT
  3. Looking after litigation matter at various courts including civil & criminal
  4. All legal related matters for the company
  5. Negotiating and liaising with KMC(Kolkata Municipal Corporation), Tenants, KMDA
  6. Supervising legal assistants.
  7. Handling matters regarding Civil cases, Criminal cases, Divorce, Adoption, Land Law matters.
  8. Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.

Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 35,000/-
