About the Role

They are hiring Deputy Manager / Manager – Legal.

Job Description:

• Preparing Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Statements, etc., for legal proceedings.
• Representing the organization for resolution of legal cases under various statutory Acts like Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Consumer Cases, etc.
• Appearing before DRT Tribunals and Commissions and briefing/assisting panel advocates in matters before Civil Courts, Consumer Forums, and other regulatory authorities including Police FIR matters.
• Handling legal cases in the Finance Division, providing legal support and advice as required from time to time.
• Managing internal and external legal matters — advising departments, reviewing product documentation, manuals, and loan agreements. Drafting letters, forms, affidavits, and undertakings as required. Conducting legal review for immovable property secured for loans and advising on proposals.
• Candidate should understand organizational requirements and be willing to travel as per business needs.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector.
• Strong command over recovery laws, DRT procedures, and legal documentation.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Salary

₹5–8 LPA (Deputy Manager) | ₹8–12 LPA (Manager).
