About the Opportunity

Goyel & Goyal are hiring for the following positions:

• Senior Associates (New Delhi)
• Associates (General Corporate Advisory – New Delhi and Bengaluru)
• Associates (Transactions & General Corporate – New Delhi and Bengaluru)

Eligibility Criteria

Senior Associates

• We are looking to hire 2 senior associates with minimum 4 PQE in VC, M&A.
• Advisory experience in regulated and frontier tech sectors is preferred.

Associates (General Corporate Advisory)

• Minimum 2 PQE – We are looking to hire 2 associates with experience of at least 2 years in general corporate advisory, and technology laws.

Associates (Transactions & General Corporate)

• Minimum 2 PQE in VC & M&A transactions – We are looking to hire 3 associates with experience of at least 2 years in VC, and M&A transactions.
