About the Job Opportunity

RTA Law Chambers is looking to hire a highly skilled and proactive lawyer for its litigation team with a minimum of 2 years of experience for its office in New Delhi.

The chambers is looking for an associate who is capable of handling civil commercial matters independently, should be well versed with the current law, capable of discussing legal propositions, giving legal opinions and being updated on latest development on the legal and regulatory news, ability to work in teams and lead a team.

At the same time, the associate should also be able to independently strategize and execute litigation vertical including but not limited to researching, drafting and vetting applications/petitions/complaints/suits/agreements/contracts/documents/etc., negotiations, and appearing before various forums including the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Forums, Regulatory Authorities and District Courts.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate with 1-2 years of experience
• Experience in Legal Research, drafting petitions/complaints and appearing before Supreme Court, High Courts,Consumer courts, NCLT and various District Courts.
