Candidates selected for the job role of Associate Analyst-LPM would be required to perform multiple functions including legal content creation, research, analytics, and supervisory as well as managerial functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities for this job opportunity include the following:

• Comprehend the client instructions, undertake preliminary training/refreshers, and diligently execute all assignments
• Adapt and be flexible to be revolved around projects and possess an ability to deliver quality consistently
• Meet and strive to consistently exceed client expectations
• Be willing to take additional responsibilities and develop skills required for the next level in the organizational structure
• Consistently meet and exceed the productivity and quality targets
• Follow organizational / engagement-wide process/systems/policies
• Participate actively in organizational initiatives
• Constantly acquire knowledge in relevant areas by way of organizational and engagement training
• Participate in Knowledge management initiatives
• Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities
• Act as a Knowledge Anchor for the team and an active backup
• Try and mitigate any issue escalations
• Should be able to manage a team of 10-15 associates
• Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities
• Monitoring & reporting production numbers
• Provide adequate coaching & mentoring to junior legal analysts

Eligibility Criteria

• The education & experience required to fulfill this profile is a Master in Law with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Other skills required include Contract Management, Contract Analysis, Legal Research, Legal Content Publishing & Compliance
