Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Advocate with a minimum of 1-5 years or more work experience in the Direct and Indirect Taxes (Civil, Criminal), Customs, Narcotics Civil and Criminal Courts, DRT, ITAT and JMFC.

The work profile will include various tasks like Drafting, Legal Vetting, forming Legal Opinion for Financial Institution & Banks, Briefing Income Tax Prosecutions, Conveyancing, Research, filing and appearing in Courts etc. We are looking for an Advocate who is smart, dedicated, sincere and efficient and is willing to work with us.

Eligibility

• Candidate should be an LLB/LLM
• Candidate should have 1-5 years work experience
• Good command over the English language, knowing Marathi Language will be an additional and added advantage
• Prior experience in litigation will be an added advantage
• Must be able to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines as required

Salary

Between Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/- P.M.
