Aim behind the Online Lecture Series

There’s a huge gap in what is taught in law colleges and what is expected from a practicing advocate as the conventional education system doesn't always look into the practical applicability of theoretical knowledge. This is the gap that The Art of Lawyers (TAL) is trying to bridge by bringing out an informative Lecture Series on: CPC–LAW & PRACTICE

With this lecture series, the budding lawyers shall develop an understanding and also shall become versed with not just the theory in a systematic manner but the applicability of the Civil Law. This Lecture series will also help law students to learn and improve their skill set with the primary focus being on participatory learning.

1. The Lectures will be delivered by practicing Senior High Court Advocates.
2. The series will be covered in a span of 20 days, with one-hour sessions every day.
3. Interactive Lecture Series where discussions, clarifications, doubts and confusions will be taken up.
4. On completion of online lecture series, Real-time case study will be conducted and explained by the moderators.
