We are pleased to inform you that Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior Madhya Pradesh (UGC Approved Autonomous Institute, NAAC ‘A’ Grade Institute) is organizing 2nd National Law Seminar on Multidisciplinary approach towards social transformation in India on March 30, 2019.

Who can participate?

Research papers are invited from the academicians, researchers, practitioners and students on the broad themes given below. Research papers should apply research skills and must highlight the specific research problem. The work should be original, previously unpublished and must not be in the stage of submission/consideration elsewhere.

1. Commercialization of Motherhood

2. Casting of Vote in Election

3. Green Governance

4. Rise and Fall of Judicial activism in India

5. Media Trial: Judgemental Views

6. Changing contours of Reservation Policy in India

7. Amendment in IPC Section 377 and it’s ramifications

8. Intellectual Property Rights and Globalization

Guidelines for Submission

The abstract can be submitted electronically via email to: pimg.lawseminar@prestigegwl.orgon or before 1st February 2019.

The abstract (200 words, Times New Roman, 12 font size) and final paper submitted shall undergo an internal review process and the acceptance of the abstract/ full Paper for the seminar will be communicated through email.
