Under the aegis National legal services authority, National Lok Adalat is being organised Bihar state legal authority in all Patna High Court legal services committee, district legal services authority, and taluk l legal services committee.
As per guidelines of NALSA, the cases which are to be taken in the the National Lok Adalat include the pre litigation and post litigation cases. Huge number of cases has been identified and there has been effective awareness for the said Lok Adalat.
Bihar State Legal Services Authority and all the district legal services authority have have been able to spread the awareness regarding the upcoming Lok Adalat by the mode of creating YouTube channel, giving program on Doordarshan Bihar, local TV channels putting up hoardings for National Lok Adalat in all the districts, organising meetings with all the stakeholders like insurance company banks and taking a pre-sittings with the parties and creation of benches for the Lok Adalat.
