Hemant is a tech and M&A lawyer well-versed in advising an array of core-technology and technology adjacent businesses in Web3, online gaming, fintech, e-commerce, digital health, and SaaS.
He has over 14 years of experience in M&A, technology law and private equity transactions. Over the years, Hemant has advised on various matters pertaining to cross-border acquisitions, fund-raises by tech companies, strategic alliances, licensing arrangements, R&D collaborations, joint ventures, divestitures, outsourcing transactions, regulatory advice, data and cybersecurity diligence, and tech product reviews.
