S&R Associates represented Vodafone Group, a multinational telecommunications company, in the INR 14.4 billion bulk deal sale of 63.6 million equity shares (2.4% of outstanding share capital) of Indus Towers Limited on the NSE.

The S&R team was led by partners Rajat Sethi, Tanya Aggarwal and Lakshmi Pradeep, and included associates Meher Mehta and Komal Parakh.
