The President of India has assented to the appointment of Justice Ashish Naithani as Permanent Judge of Uttarakhand High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Sri Ashish Naithani, to be Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
