The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 14th December, 2021 has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Justice Aniruddha Roy, Additional Judge of the Calcutta High Court as Permanent Judge of that High Court.
The court has Sanctioned strength of 72 judges working with 36 judges only.
