Supreme Court Collegium has recommended name of Justice K. Vinod Chandran to be appointed as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Patna.
The office of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna has fallen vacant recently, consequent upon elevation of Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol to the Supreme Court.
Mr. Justice K. Vinod Chandran is the seniormost Judge of the Kerala High Court. Mr. Justice K. Vinod Chandran was appointed on 08 November 2011 and is due to retire on 24 April 2025.
