The High Court of Sikkim has notified the vacation benches which will be commenced from 22.12.2021 to 13.02.2022.
The Hon'ble Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court has nominated the following Hon'ble Judges for hearing urgent matters, if any, during the ensuing winter vacation:
1. Single Bench of Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai on 10.01.2022 and 25.01.2022.
2. Single Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bhaskar Raj Pradhan on 01.02.2022 and 11.02.2022
About Sikkim High Court
The Sikkim High Court is the High Court of the Indian state of Sikkim. The history of the court can be traced back to 1955, when the High Court of Judicature Proclamation, 1955 was issued to establish a High Court in Sikkim. Upon merger, Sikkim became the 22nd State of India.
