The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on 1st July 2025, approved the proposal to elevate two Judicial Officers, Ms. Shail Jain and Ms. Madhu Jain, as Judges of the Delhi High Court.
In a subsequent meeting on 2nd July 2025, the Collegium further cleared the name of Shri Vinod Kumar, Judicial Officer, for appointment as a Judge of the same High Court.
The approvals come as part of the Collegium’s continuing efforts to fill judicial vacancies and ensure efficient functioning of the Delhi High Court by inducting meritorious officers from the subordinate judiciary.
