The Rajasthan High Court has decided to continue functioning of High Court and its sub-ordinate Courts, Special Courts and Tribunals through video-conferencing till 03.07.2021.
The Circular issued by Registrar General of Rajasthan High Court States that,
“In partial modification of this office previous Circular No. I2lPll2O2L dated 24.06.2021, it is hereby notified that from 28.06.2021 Lo 03.07.202L, Clause-l,2 and clauses related thereto in above Circular shall remain suspended and during this period, regular hearing of cases in Subordinate Courts/Special Courts/Tribunals shall be only through video conferencing. Other conditions of Circular dated 24.06.2021 as applicable, shall remain same.”
