The High Court of Rajasthan has organized National Lok Adalat in the High Court premises 11 December, 2021 to promote amicable settlement of disputes.
The Notification issued by the High Court has notified that “Learned Members of the Rajasthan High Court Lawyers Association, Jodhpur, Rajasthan High Court Advocate Association, Jodhpur & Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur are requested to extend their support to the upcoming National Lok Adalat going to be held under the aegis of NALSA on 11th December, 2021.”
The list of such cases may be provided to the office of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority and Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee, Jodhpur and Jaipur so that at the first instance, such cases may be placed before the bench of pre counselling and thereafter may be listed before the National Lok Adalat bench on 11.12.2021.
