Orissa High Court is scheduling 3rd National Lok Adalat in the High Court premises on Sunday the 19th day of September, 2021 through Hybrid Mode.
The National Lok Adalat will be conduct under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, in association with the Odisha State Legal Services Authority and the High Court Legal Services Committee.
The MACA& F.A.O matters (Motor Accident Claim Appeal Cases) will be taken up for disposal in the aforesaid National Lok Adalat.
The Notification issued by the High Court notifies that,
“The learned counsel desirous of getting their matters settled before the aforesaid Lok Adalat, may submit Mention Memos before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, on all working days in his chamber between 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. latest by 06.09.2021. Concerned Judicial Sections of the Court are also requested to send the records to the office of the High Court legal Services Committee as per Memo/list received at their end latest by.09.09.2021.”
