The Allahabad High court has strictly directed all officers, advocates and staff members to wear face masks compulsorily and also maintain social distancing in wake of high surge in covid-19 cases in state.
The Notice issued by Allahabad High Court states that,
“In consonance with the office memorandum No. 8707 / Establishment/ Allahabad, dated 18.12.2021, it is hereby directed that in the wake of resurgence in the number of COVID-19 cases, all the officers/staff of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow are hereby directed to wear FaceMasks compulsorily and also maintain social distancing as per the COVID-19 protocol, failing which strict disciplinary action shall be taken.”
