The Kerala High Court Bench left with no words after a shirtless man makes an appearance during one virtual hearing proceedings in an open court.

The Court rebuked the person in strict tone and emphasised that although the court was open to all, attendees were expected to maintain the certain decorum in the courtrooms.

Justice Devan Ramachandran's bench was into its afternoon session and a shirtless man was tuned-in to the proceedings listening with his camera switched on.

The Court upon noticing, shockingly remarked:

"Who is this? What is going on? I don't have a problem with anyone listening to the proceedings, but at least adhere to the decorum. I can see a shirtless man here. This is a court, not a circus or a cinema."

The hearing was concerned around sensational Church dispute and thus quite a number of attendees were present before the Bench (approx 299). Many of them were seen attending the proceedings from a car, lying on a cot and even while driving throughout the hearing of the matter.
