The Lucknow High Court of Judicature at Allahabad High Court has issued notice regarding the closure of Mediation centre due to high surge in Covid-19 in State.
The Notification issued by Lucknow High Court has stated that,
“Having regard to the sudden surge in Covid-19 cases, the functioning of Mediation Centre at Lucknow shall stand deferred till further orders. The parties and their counsel whose cases are fixed for mediation shall be intimated about the next date when the situation normalizes.”
