Mr. Bhatt is an independent litigator based in New Delhi, India. He holds dual Masters of Law (LL.M.) from New York University, USA and National University of Singapore. He deals in matters involving complex and substantial questions of Constitutional,Commercial, Criminal, Arbitration, Employment, Energy, Oil & Gas and other related laws in various Courts, Tribunals across the country.
2. Mr. Divyansh Hanu Rathi
He is Managing Partner at Lexidem and Rathi. Divyansh has pursued his LLM in International Dispute Resolution from King's College London, UK. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (CIArb). Divyansh has been instrumental in setting up of the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (The IDRC).
