The Himachal Pradesh High Court has finally started publishing its judgments in Hindi. This will be for the important judgments and final orders from the full bench and division bench, with effect from the 1 January, 2023 and this shall be available on the High Court website.
The Hindi Translation of the single-judge judgments shall also be made accessible on the website of the High Court under the order/ judgment section.
The Chief Justice of India, Dr. DY Chandrachud had informed that the process of releasing the Supreme Court judgments had begun and around 2900 judgments had been translated into the vernacular languages. The High Courts of Kerala, Delhi, Bombay and Allahabad had already started publishing the judgments in the respective vernacular languages of the corresponding States.
