The Allahabad High Court has issued notification pertaining to hearing of case through WebEx Video Conferencing platform from 22nd of December, 2021.
The Notification issued by Court stated that,
In continuation of notice dated 07.12.2021 of the first phase of the rollout and changeover to the new video conferencing platform all the matters before Court Nos. CJ, 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 18, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46, 47, 51, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 72, 76, 78, 79, 83 and 86 shall be heard on the WebEx Video Conferencing platform with effect from 22nd of December, 2021.”
The Notice further state that Learned counsels may please note that for the above courts, no separate application or request for Video Conferencing hearing need be sent. Learned counsels may join as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as and when the matter is called.
