On Tuesday, in a Notification issued Madras High Court Registrar General C Kumarappan said the Principal District Judges/District Judges in the State were permitted to make the transparent partition screen between the dais and the remaining part/advocate areas in all the court halls in their respective districts through the Public Works Department.
The notification also noted that the facility can be installed by utilising the periodical maintenance funds subject to their convenience/requirement or any other alternative arrangements within reasonable means.
