The Allahabad High Court has asked Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA ) and the North Eastern Railway to submit their instructions regarding the construction of a road below the Rambagh railway crossing in Prayagraj.
A single bench of Justice Sunit Kumar order while hearing a contempt petition filed by Bharat Lal Anuragi has ordered that,
“Learned counsel for the applicant to serve notice upon learned counsel for the railways. Sri P.K. Giri, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, also to seek instructions.”
The court has listed the present matter on 12 th February for next hearing.
