The Allahabad High Court declared a holiday on Monday (26th April) on account of the sad demise of Justice Mohan Mallikarjunagouda Shantanagoudar.
The Order letter dated 25th April passed by acting Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court declared that,
“In view of the sad demise of Justice Mohan Mallikarjunagouda Shantanagoudar, Supreme Court of India, the Administrative Committee of the Allahabad High Court has unanimously resolved for non-sitting of Courts in the High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow on 26th of April 2021.”
Accordingly, it has been directed that there shall be no sitting of Courts in High Court at Allahabad and Lucknow on 26th of April 2021.
