A lawyer from Pune, Ashutosh Ranade (49), was arrested on Friday by officials of Azad Maidan police station in connection with a forged order of the Bombay HC. The order restrained a company from attaching a loan defaulter’s property in Pune. He the third arrested in the case.
Last week, a Pune businessman, Vasant Parakh (58), & his son Vipul (27) were held for submitting the bogus order saying the court had stayed attachment of properties mortgaged against a loan.
