On Thursday morning, a major fire broke out at the 3rd floor of the Rohini Court. The fire department pressed in 9 fire tenders to douse the flames. Fire officials say that so far no casualties were reported, but a number of files were gutted in the flames.
The incident took place at around 9.30 am when some staffers of the Court had reached the premises. The fire broke out at the third-floor record room & spread to the adjacent rooms.
Fire officials said that the blaze has been brought under control & a cooling operation was underway. The Court officers have been asked to take stock of the situation.
