Ms. Sugandha Asthana has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Banking & Finance Practice. She will be based in Mumbai office.
Sugandha has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of debt and equity transactions during her career spanning over 17 years. Previously, she was a Partner at AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and has most recently been the GC of a fast growing fintech. Sugandha brings with her a vast financing experience along with transactional experience in the equity space. She leverages this unique mix of experience to advise marquee clients on complex transactions.
