The Supreme Court Bar Association has passed a Resolution requesting the CJI Bobde and other Supreme Court Judges to consider the feelings and well being of all stakeholders and declare vacation in the Supreme Court for 4 weeks w.e.f 23rd March,2020.
SCBA has requested the Apex Court Judges to adjust the lost days in the forthcoming summer vacation.
SCBA has always stated its readiness to assit the Supreme Court at any point of time.
