The High Court of Kerala has rejected the State Govt's plea opposing the Central Govt's move to lease out the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport to the Adani group after they had won the bidding.
Though the State Govt SPV also contested in the bidding, it could only come second.
The Govt had approached the HC opposing the move to lease out the airport.
