The Supreme Court Collegium has proposed the transfer of Justice Bibek Chaudhuri, Judge, High Court at Calcutta, to the High Court of Judicature at Patna, for better administration of justice.
Justice Bibek Chaudhuri has joined the High Court at Calcutta as Additional Judge on 12th October, 2018. He was appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 04.05.2020.
