Supreme Court Collegium has recommended names of six Additional Judges for appointment as permanent judges in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The names of the Judges are as follows:
- Shri Justice Vikas Bahl,
- Shri Justice Vikas Suri,
- Shri Justice Sandeep Moudgil,
- Shri Justice Vinod Sharma (Bhardwaj)
- Shri Justice Pankaj Jain, and
- Shri Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi.
The notification further notified that Collegium hoped that since the current two-year term of one of the Additional Judge is due to expire on 24 May 2023, the above recommendation may be processed expeditiously.
