The Chandigarh administration has declared a holiday on January 22 on account of the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
In an official release issued by the Home department of the UT administration, it was said that all government offices/boards/corporations/ institutions including industrial establishments under the Chandigarh administration will be closed on the day.
It has been done to enable employees to participate in the celebrations.
