Central Government has notified the appointment of one Permanent Judge to the Telangana High Court.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Chada Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, to be a Judge of the High Court of Telangana, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
Telangan High Court has sanctioned strength of 42 judges, working with 27 judges only.
