The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 75.96% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of January 2022 during virtual hearing in trial courts.
In the month of September 2021, the Trail Courts of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 35488 cases and the total no. of cases disposed were 26955. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 75.96 %.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

The Himachal Pradesh attained the Statehood in the year, 1971, and established its own High Court with Headquarters at “Revenswood”, Shimla, having one Hon'ble the Chief Justice and two Hon'ble Judges.
