The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 71.08% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of April 2022.
In the month of April 2022, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 3814 cases and the total no. of cases disposed were 2711. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 71.08 %.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

The Himachal Pradesh attained the Statehood in the year, 1971, and established its own High Court with Headquarters at “Revenswood”, Shimla, having one Hon'ble the Chief Justice and two Hon'ble Judges.
