The Principal bench of Central Administrative Tribunal will remain closed from 27.12.2021 to 31.12.2021 on account of winter vacation.
The notification issued by the Tribunal has notified that “It is notified for general information that the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi will remain closed from 27.12.2021 to 31.12.2021 on account of winter vacation. The filing counter of the Registry will function as usual and will receive only matters which are required to be immediately or promptly dealt with. The Timings for filing the applications during the aforesaid vacation period will be from 10.30 A.M to 01.00 PM”.

The Central Administrative Tribunal had been established under Article 323 - A of the Constitution for adjudication of disputes and complaints with respect to recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to public services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or other authorities under the control of the Government.
