The President of India has assented to the appointment of four permanent judges to Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint
- Shri Justice Harinath Nunepally,
- Smt. Justice Kiranmayee Mandava @ Kiranmayee Kanaparthy,
- Smt. Justice Sumathi Jagadam and
- Shri Justice Nyapathy Vijay,
Additional Judges of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, to be Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
