On Thursday, the Delhi High Court issued Notice announcing the transfer and posting of 215 Judicial Officers with immediate effect.
The transfers includes transfer of Judge Vishal Pahuja who was hearing MJ Akbar's defamation case against Priya Ramani.
The case is in its final hearing stage
Judge Pahuja presides over a Special MP/MLA Court in Rouse Avenue District Court.
Over 90 postings pertain to newly inducted officers in the Delhi Judicial Services.
