The President of India has assented to the appointment of two advocates as permanent judges of Patna High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) Ritesh Kumar and (ii) Praveen Kumar, to be Judges of the Patna High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.”
