Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. R.C. Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School, Lata Bhatwari, Tehsil Dunda, District Uttarkashi since 2021. According to petitioner, her husband is also serving as Junior Clerk in the Office of Block Development Officer, Dunda. Petitioner wants herself to be transferred at Dunda. In this regard petitioner has made a representation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Competent Authority to take decision on the pending representation.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing District Education, (Elementary), Uttarkashi to take decision on petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure 3 to the writ petition), as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
