This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 25.11.2022, passed in Writ Petition (SS) No.1441 of 2020, "Jokhan Singh vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others".

2. Heard Mr. Piyush Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sandeep Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

3. Mr. Piyush Tiwari, Advocate submitted on instructions that the said Order has already been complied with, therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter further.

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition (CLCON No.309 of 2023) does not require any further consideration. The proceedings in the present Contempt Petition are closed.
