Ms. Devanshi Joshi, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Vivek Pathak, learned counsel for the appellants.
2. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.1/1.
3. In pursuance of the order dated 05.01.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, steps were taken to serve the remaining respondents.
4. The service report dated 27.02.2026 indicates that notice was issued to respondent no. 1/2, Mr. Deepak Tuteja, a resident of Canada, through the Ministry of Home Affairs vide Letter No. 558 of UHC/Appeal II Section/Nainital, returnable on 23.02.2026. The same has now been returned by the Ministry of Home Affairs with the remark that fresh notice/summons in the matter, providing 10 weeks' time in advance for effecting service in foreign countries, may be issued.
5. Insofar as respondent nos. 1/3, 1/4, 2 and 3 are concerned, the notices have not been served.
6. Learned counsel for the appellants prays for and is granted one week's time to serve respondent nos. 1/3, 1/4, 2 and 3 at their correct addresses, and also to take out fresh notice to respondent no. 1/2 in terms of the remarks of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
7. Steps to be taken within a week.
8. List on 11.06.2026.
9. Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of listing.
