4. In view of consensus between the parties, writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment rendered in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 3466 of 2025. Competent authority shall consider petitioner's request for permission to advertise vacancies, as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
