Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.11.2025/02.12.2025, passed in Special Sessions Trial No.73 of 2019, State of Uttarakhand vs. Surendra Paul Singh, by the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC(POCSO), Dehradun. By it, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 354 IPC and Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
